Welcome to Split! Many of our clients ask us how to best reach the city from the airport, so we’ve put together a small guide. There are a few options – taxi, shuttle bus, and regular public transport. We’ll describe all of them so you can choose what’s best for you. And once you’ve successfully reached Split, be sure to book one of our tours! 🙂
After you claim your luggage and exit the airport, you’ll see a bus waiting right outside the exit, just like in the picture. That’s the shuttle bus that will take you to the Split bus station in the city center. From there, you can easily reach any destination inside the city. The price is 45 HRK, or around 6 Euros, per person, and you can buy your ticket from the driver. Additional information can be found here.
Looking to avoid the hassle and expense of a taxi from the airport? Hop on bus 37! This cheap and easy option will get you to the city center of Split in around an hour. Just be sure to buy your ticket from the driver before you board. Bus starts from Trogir and you can board it right across the street of the airport. Here is the timetable. Looking to get around in style and comfort? Check out taxi options! With Uber and Bolt, you can see the price range on the pictures below – around 210 – 250 HRK or 28 – 33 Euro. Or, if you decide to take a city taxi, be sure to check with the driver how much the ride is going to cost. Whichever option you choose, you should have a smooth and enjoyable ride!
